The city of CY sprawls impossibly across the landscape like the corpse of an ancient predator. Its towers punch viciously into the sky, while its manufacturing plants spew clouds of corrosive steam and gas in an effort to supply all demands. Four Ne'er-do-wells in the city of CY have been given a job that could clear out the enormous debt that hangs over their heads.

Blythe, Edge, Pyrex and Kei are four would-be mercenaries working any job they can for anyone that will take them to pay off the insurmountable debt that was slammed on their heads after a job gone wrong.
